Angel's Favorite Hamburgers
Ingredients
- 3 Lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
- 6 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 Vadalia Onion Finely Chopped (optional)
Toppings
- 16 oz Bacon Cooked
- 1/4 Vadalia Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1 - 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Head Green Leaf Lettuce
- Mayonaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Hamburger Buns
- American Cheese
Directions
- Preheat grill to 400° or greater.
- Mix Ingredients together.
- Form meat mixture into approximately 9 balls at 1/3 lb each.
- Carefully flatten into, 1/4" thick, round patties.
- Cook patties for approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side unil juices run clear.
- For cheesburgers add cheese and cover on grill for an additional 30 seconds to melt the cheese
- Serve with Bacon, Sliced Onion, Slice Tomato, Green Leaf Lettuce, Hellmann's Mayonaise, Frenches Mustard, and Heinz Jalepeno Ketchup on a Hamburger Bun
